TGR5 受體是第一個已知的膽汁酸特異性 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，也被稱為膽汁酸受體 1(GPBAR1)，屬于 A 類 GPCR 亞家族。該受體由七個跨膜螺旋（TMH1-7）、三個胞外環(huán) （ECL1-3）組成，有助于配體結合，以及三個胞內環(huán)（ICL1-3），參與將信號傳遞給下游 信號分子。TGR5 在體內廣泛存在，在膽囊、回腸、結腸、棕色脂肪組織、脾臟、肺、骨 骼肌、胰島，肝臟中均有表達。有文獻報道 TGR5 被認為是治療代謝性疾?。ㄈ?2 型糖尿 ?。┑臐撛诎悬c。此外，TGR5 還能降低單核細胞中促炎細胞因子的水平，在炎癥過程 （包括結腸炎和動脈粥樣硬化）中發(fā)揮核心作用的病理調節(jié)。 |
