The TLR5/NF-κToll 樣受體(TLR)是一種模式識別受體(PRR),高度保守,可識別各種類型的微 生物病原體相關模式分子(PAMP)。在人類中發(fā)現(xiàn)了 10 個 Toll 樣受體家族(TLR1-10) 成員,在小鼠中發(fā)現(xiàn)了 12 個成員(TLR1-9、TLR11 and TLR13)。TLR1、TLR2、TLR4、 TLR5 和 TLR6 分布在細胞膜表面;TLR3、TLR7、TLR8、TLR9 和 TLR10 分布在細胞內 涵體膜表面(TLR3 識別 dsRNA,TLR9 識別 dsDNA)。TLRs 下游信號的激活主要依賴于 兩類轉錄因子:NF-κB 和干擾調節(jié)因子(IRFs),它們主要誘導促炎細胞因子和 I 型干擾 素(IFN)的產生。 |
