I. Background | |
TIE2(酪氨酸激酶受體)主要表達(dá)于血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞表面的受體,胞外區(qū)含免疫球蛋白 域 ( 結(jié) 合 ANG ) 、 EGF 樣 域 ( 介 導(dǎo) 二 聚 化 ) ; 胞內(nèi)區(qū)含酪氨酸激酶活性位點(diǎn) (Y1100/Y1108)。被配體激活后通過(guò) PI3K/AKT 和 MAPK 通路調(diào)控內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞存活、遷移 及血管屏障功能。在病理狀態(tài)下(如膿毒癥、腫瘤),TIE2 信號(hào)異常導(dǎo)致血管滲漏或異常 增生。 | |
