CTR β-Arrestin CHO 報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) CTR/β-Arrestin 的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過(guò)程,原理見(jiàn)下圖所示。當(dāng)缺乏配體刺激時(shí),β-Arrestin 不與 CTR 結(jié)合,融合β-Arrestin 的 熒光素酶處于失活構(gòu)象;當(dāng) CTR 遭遇配體刺激時(shí),融合熒光素酶報(bào)告基因的β-Arrestin 被招募,使熒光素酶報(bào)告基因處于激活狀態(tài),加入其底物后發(fā)光信號(hào)增強(qiáng)。 |
