| I. Background | |||
| LRRC15（Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 15），富含 15 個(gè)亮氨酸的重復(fù)序列，是 LRRC 超家族的成員之一。LRRC15 同時(shí)能夠正調(diào)控細(xì)胞的遷移，調(diào)控受體介導(dǎo)的病毒粒 子與宿主細(xì)胞的附著，且蛋白質(zhì)定位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)膜。LRRC15 主要是以蛋白-蛋白和蛋白-基質(zhì) 相互作用方式，參與細(xì)胞-細(xì)胞和/或-細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的相互作用，參與炎性反應(yīng)相關(guān)疾病，同 時(shí)在細(xì)胞粘附、信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、DNA 修復(fù)等過程中有重要作用。LRRC15 在正常組織中的低表 達(dá)，而在骨肉瘤、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、胰腺導(dǎo)管腺癌、促結(jié)締組織增生型小圓細(xì)胞癌等癌癥 中高表達(dá)。 | |||
