I. Background | |
G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GPCR) 是跨膜蛋白受體,其特征是配體數(shù)量可變,包括內源性神經(jīng)遞質和激素,也包括外源性天然和人工化合物。激動劑與受體結合后會觸發(fā)信號通路的激活;而拮抗劑則會阻礙激動劑介導的受體激活。反向激動劑除像拮抗劑一樣干擾激動劑外,還會抑制受體的組成活性。
GLP2 受體 (GLP2R) 是 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體超家族成員,與胰高血糖素受體 ( GLP1 受體)密切相關。胰高血糖素樣肽-2 (GLP2) 是由腸道腸內分泌細胞產(chǎn)生的 33 個氨基酸的胰高血糖素原衍生肽。GLP-2 通過特定的 G s 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體(GLP-2R)發(fā)揮作用,維持腸道穩(wěn)態(tài)和屏障功能,減緩胃排空和腸道蠕動,改善粘膜血流和營養(yǎng)吸收,增強免疫防御能力。
