糖皮質(zhì)激素誘導的腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)蛋白(GITR,也稱為 TNFRSF18 或 CD357),屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族(TNFRSF),它在多種免疫細胞上表達,包括 效應 T 細胞和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細胞。GITR 在調(diào)節(jié)免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮重要作用,尤其是在 T 細胞的 活化和調(diào)節(jié)性 T 細胞(Treg)的功能中。 |
