| I. Background | |
| CD200R作為CD200的同源配體，也是一種IgSF蛋白，在小鼠和人類中，CD200R的表達(dá)模式相似，均在巨噬細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞和肥大細(xì)胞中高表達(dá)。與大多數(shù)IgSF受體不同，CD200R缺乏ITIM結(jié)構(gòu)域，然而，它的67個(gè)氨基酸組成的細(xì)胞質(zhì)尾部含有三個(gè)酪氨酸殘基，第三個(gè)酪氨酸殘留位于NPXY基序內(nèi)，該基序在CD200R結(jié)合配體后會(huì)被磷酸化，這導(dǎo)致其并不直接招募SHP1,SHP2等蛋白質(zhì)酪氨酸磷酸酶或磷酸化后的肌醇磷酸酶（SHIP），而是招募酪氨酸激酶下游銜接蛋白Dok-2和1，然后再與RasGAP和SHIP結(jié)合。 | |
