| Descripition |
Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit is a cell viability detection reagent based on luciferase system. Adding this product to cell culture causes cells to lyse, releasing ATP and emitting a stable "glow" signal. The number of metabolically active viable cells was determined by quantitative measurement of ATP content after cell lysis. The schematic diagram of the kit detection principle is as follows:

| 1.檢測試劑的準備 | ||||
| 使用前將本品在4 ℃或室溫下融化。（請勿在超25℃以上進行融化，避免活性減弱） 試劑平衡至室溫后，輕柔顛倒混勻試劑。 |

| 2.細胞活力檢測 | ||||
| ·檢測試劑和測試細胞樣本，室溫放置30min，平衡至室溫。 | ||||
| ·向測試細胞樣本中加入等體積的檢測試劑。 | ||||
| 96孔板檢測體系，100 μL培養(yǎng)基中加入100 μL檢測試劑。 | ||||

·在測量前1200轉(zhuǎn)震蕩5分鐘，充分震蕩會使效果更好。 ·室溫放置10 min以穩(wěn)定發(fā)光信號，即可進行檢測。 |
