Comments: | The cells contain Dopa decarboxylase and, unlike other colorectal lines, contain cytoplasmic dense core granules characteristic of endocrine secretion. The cells do not express the TAG-72 or CA19-9 antigens nor do they produce carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA).
