NGF 是神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子(NT)家族的成員,該家族還包括腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 (BDNF)、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 3(NT-3)和神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 4/5(NT-4/5)。神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子是發(fā) 育、維持和存活以及記憶形成和儲(chǔ)存的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)因子。NGF 在成年基底前腦膽堿能神經(jīng)元 (BFCN )的刺激、存活和表型維持中起著關(guān)鍵作用。它在皮質(zhì)和海馬體中合成,并逆行 輸送到 BFCN 細(xì)胞體,觸發(fā)導(dǎo)致維持正常細(xì)胞功能和形態(tài)的過程。NGF 可以上調(diào)幾種膽堿 能標(biāo)志物,即 ChAT 活性、基因表達(dá)和蛋白質(zhì)水平、乙酰膽堿合成和釋放以及囊泡乙酰膽 堿轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白(VAChT)的表達(dá)。 |
