PVRIG（CD112R），是脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒受體(PVR)家族的共抑制受體，在自然殺傷細 胞（NK）和 T 細胞上表達。它與其配體（CD112 或 PVRL2/nectin-2）結合，抑制 T 細胞和 NK 細胞對癌癥的反應。因此，CD112R 作為一種新的免疫檢查點抑制劑在癌癥免疫治療中 具有很高的潛力。 |
